I bought rubber ferrules for wooden chairs on a tiled kitchen floor. Years of trying different stick-on or nail-on pads hadn't worked. I picked the wrong size, but staff were so helpful and let me return and exchange at no extra charge. They are a great success, and look as if they will last a long time.
