Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size - entirely my own fault. They did look good though. Due to carriage cost and the fact they didn't cost much I didn't bother to return them. Next time I order ferules for sticks I'll reorder.
Despatch was same day, very qucik

Hi, we have seen 3 or 4 of the plastic caps come seperated from the ferrule. We have the chairs on a tiled floor and it have be the grout gaps causing this. I have superglued the caps back on and we will see how they work out. i can send photos if you want. in general it doing what we wanted it to do, easily slide and the chair would be quieter on the floor. Just the caps coming off and the ferrules coming off the chair leg now and again. thanks tim
