Very efficient service. So far the ferrules are doing their job; only time will tell how long they last as they are fixed to kitchen chairs so get a lot of use but everything good so far. Thank you. Would buy again.

Easy ordering process and fast delivery. The ferrules seem to be a nice quality and are a perfect fit (16mm dia metal legs with slight increasing taper) but the ferrules have not been in use for a sufficient length of time to offer comment on the durability.
