I have bought round ferrules and square ferrules from you on two occasions recently. Very few!I telephoned to ask about physical characteristics (e.g. pliability). The gentleman who answered was extremely helpful and engaging. Thank you. We also discussed the meaning of "diameter". We agreed that unlike circles squares don't have "diameters" so maybe change to "dimensions" in due course.
Had plastic ends on a small step ladder that had cracked. Replaced them with these rubber ferrules. Fitted perfectly and are much better.
As always first class service and product. I been purchasing Ferrules from Rubber Ferrules for some years now and they always meet my needs in a timely manner. Can't fault them.
