Long delivery delay by Royal Mail, so replacements sent out the same day by First Class post. These rubber ferrules are substantial genuine rubber items and should last for years. Highly recommend both the company and their products. Shame about Royal Mail's postal service but for small items they are the only real choice I guess.

Items arrived quickly and were as described. They were not quite what I really wanted, but as I wanted them for a totally different purpose, I can't really complain! Nor was it unexpected, I just thought it was worth checking.
