The ferrules fitted perfectly into my chair legs. They are plastic, not rubber. Do the job well

Perfect to replace original rubber feet on kitchen chairs and prevent tubular metal legs damaging carpet. Note that the dimension refers to the external diameter of the tubing with an allownce made for wall thickness. these ferrules were a perfect snug fit in my chair legs that were exactly 28mm in diameter. Chairs like new again!
