Excellent service and prompt delivery.
The original cheap plastic feet on my campbed cracked and the ferrules I bought fitted perfectly.

We were sent samples of 25mm end caps produced by Rubber Ferrules. They arrived very quickly and were of excellent quality, the original chair end caps were not. The only reason we didn't purchase more end caps was that there were so many faults on the 'new' chairs they were returned as unsatisfactory. We recommend the company to anyone who needs to replace end caps on their chairs.

I know it was my own fault I didn't read the description correctly but the picture doesn't show it being square but will keep inserts for other things.
