I inadvertently ordered the wrong size initially as I had assumed the diameter related to the inside diameter of the tube. I spoke to a gentleman at Rubber Ferrules who sorted it out, explained where I had gone wrong and sent me the correct size tube inserts. Nice helpful people to deal with.
