The manufacturer/shop failed to help me when the feet fell off my expensive chairs. Then I found Rubber Ferrules. They couldn’t have been more helpful. They sent 2 sizes to try and the problem was resolved. I’ve ordered enough so I don’t have to worry. They were very cheerful, friendly and incredibly helpful. The best bit is these items are relatively inexpensive. I had better service from them than from the expensive shop I’d bought my chairs from. I’ve been telling everyone about this wonderful company. Thank you.

I have been trying to source- replacement inserts and ferrules for my steel furniture legs for a couple of years without success. After unsuccessful diy bodges I tried again. I found RubberFerrules-on-Line and was amazed at the lengths they went t0 in order I purchased the correct items. Brilliant products at a reasonable price with outstanding customer service.
